The Web Design Process

1. The first step is for you to choose a package suitable for your web design needs or to contact us for a quote. It is not only our bespoke solutions that are unique, all our packages are carefully designed by our web page designers and do not utilise templates. As members of The UK Web Design Association, The HTML Writer's Guild and having been reviewed and approved by The Good Net Guide, you can trust us to create a great website for you.
2. We will then come to an agreement together on a defined and itemized specification via email or telephone. Following a questionnaire that you will receive via email or telephone, you can then submit the text and images that you would like the web designers to put on your web pages. If you have no images to supply for your website, we can use stock photography or our own graphic designs. The questionnaire will assess what kind of website you are looking for and will enable us to settle on the 'look and feel' that we will strive to achieve.  
3. AeroDesigns Web Page Designers will carry out online market research for your business and will create two preliminary web page designs for your approval. These designs will be available for you to view online, in your own password protected clients area. Any additions or changes you would like to make will be gladly accommodated by the web page designers. We put your needs first, and so you have a say in every stage of the web page design process. In order for us to create a website that is fitting for your industry, our market research and competitive analysis will focus on looking at competitor's websites and looking for weaknesses. Once our web designers have identified weaknesses we will suggest methods that our web page designers can employ to increase the effectiveness of your site.  
4. Development, programming and implementation of the chosen web page design will then take place. AeroDesigns Web Page Designers will develop your web pages to the highest standards, following all stringent legal, quality and accessibility regulations. All pages will be assessed and validated by the World Wide Web Consortium's CSS and HTML Validator. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)is an advanced technology that enables web page designers to develop websites that have a common theme and style that runs seamlessly throughout the whole site. HTML (Hyper-Text Markup Language) is the main behind-the-scenes language that most webpages are designed with. Our websites will frequently use the PHP programming language, together with MySQL database integration.  
5. The next step in the web design process is for your web site to be published on the Internet using the hosting package and domain name of your choice, which we provide to you FREE for the first year. Our web designers will use only high quality and reliable hosting packages. When you purchase hosting, you purchase an area on a high specification server and computer where your website will reside.  
6. Continual advanced web promotion and marketing strategies will be undertaken for your web page designs to ensure the best search engine results for your business. This is essential as a website needs visitors to be successful, especially when there are over 14 billion web pages in the search engines! We will regularly assess your search engine rankings and optimise your pages for specific keywords appropriately. Finally, we will supply you with a customer feedback questionnaire, which we would be grateful if you could complete. Throughout the year if you need to change addresses, telephone numbers or suchlike on your website then the first two hours work is free of charge. If you want our web page designers to update the actual page content or add / remove images and photos then this will be charged for at our low hourly rate.
