			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes problems with email accounts or websites are hard to diagnose and fix over the phone. Without a clear error message it is difficult to establish exactly what is causing the issue.</p>
<p>We are now pleased to announce that we can offer remote support to all our clients &#8211; so if you are having difficulties setting up your email accounts or are having other problems then with your permission we can log onto your computer remotely and fix the problem.</p>
<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter whether you&#8217;re at your home or in the office, the software we use works behind any network, and as long as you have an internet connection then we will be able to help you out.</p>
